Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must possess a degree in law from a university recognised by law in India.
- Candidates applying as advocates must be practising in courts of civil or criminal jurisdiction on the closing date of the application.
- Applicants who obtained their law degree from the academic year 2009-10 onward may be required to have cleared the All India Bar Examination, where applicable, to establish eligibility as a practising advocate.

Fees
