Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Design Trainee: Full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science from a recognised university/institute.
- Management Trainee: Full-time Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate. Candidates with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR, Finance, or Marketing will be given preference.
- Final-year students appearing in 2026 are also eligible to apply, provided they can produce proof of qualification by the time of document verification.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 27 years as on the last date of application (relaxation applicable as per HAL norms)
