  • Candidates must satisfy the applicable Telangana domicile, local-area, category and institutional eligibility conditions for the quota under which they registered.
  • Qualification in NEET UG alone does not guarantee admission. Candidates must also complete registration, certificate verification, choice filling and reporting requirements.
  • Original academic, identity, reservation and eligibility documents must be produced at the allotted college or designated verification centre when required.

Age Limit

  • The candidate should ordinarily be at least 17 years old on or before December 31, 2026, subject to the prevailing medical admission regulations.
  • Any upper-age condition or relaxation will be governed by the current rules issued for NEET UG and Telangana MBBS counselling.
  • Candidates should verify age eligibility from the official prospectus before proceeding with admission.

Fees

  • There is generally no fee for downloading the allotment list PDF.
  • Counselling, university, tuition, admission and security fees may apply according to the allotted college, quota and candidate category.
  • Candidates should pay fees only through the payment channel specified in the counselling portal or by the allotted institution.
  • Payment receipts should be downloaded and retained until the admission process is completed.

Selection Process

  1. NEET UG qualification: Candidates must qualify the national entrance examination and meet the prescribed category-wise cut-off.
  2. Merit and counselling: Eligible applicants are considered on the basis of NEET rank, applicable reservation rules, verified category, local status and choices submitted during web counselling.
  3. Seat allotment and reporting: Seats are allotted based on merit, preferences and availability. Provisionally selected candidates must complete fee payment, download the allotment order and report within the stated deadline.

The published list represents a provisional allotment. Final admission remains subject to document verification, payment of fees, medical fitness requirements and compliance with counselling rules.

How to Apply

The Phase 1 allotment list is issued after counselling registration and choice filling. Candidates can check and complete the process through the following steps:

  1. Visit the official KNRUHS website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
  2. Open the section for Admissions, Notifications or NEET UG/MBBS Counselling 2026.
  3. Locate the notice titled MBBS Phase 1 Allotment List 2026 or a similarly worded counselling update.
  4. Click the PDF link and use the search function to find the candidate’s name, NEET roll number, application number or allotted college.
  5. If an individual login is provided, enter the registered credentials to download the provisional allotment order.
  6. Carefully verify the allotted course, college, quota, category and reporting instructions. Candidates should report any discrepancy immediately through the official help channel.
  7. Pay the prescribed university or admission fee within the deadline and save the transaction receipt.
  8. Report to the allotted medical college with the allotment order, NEET documents, Class 10 and 12 certificates, transfer certificate, identity proof, photographs and applicable category or domicile certificates.
  9. Retain printed and digital copies of the allotment PDF, fee receipt and submitted documents for future counselling rounds.

Failure to report or pay the required fee within the prescribed period may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat. Candidates planning to participate in an upgrade or subsequent phase should first read the rules concerning seat retention, withdrawal and forfeiture.
