  • Reserved-category applicants must possess valid caste, income, EWS, disability or other supporting certificates in the prescribed format.
  • Participation in Round 2 may also depend on the candidate's Round 1 status, including whether a seat was allotted, accepted, upgraded, resigned or left vacant under the notified rules.

Age Limit

  • The candidate should ordinarily be at least 17 years old on or before December 31, 2026.
  • Any upper-age requirement or relaxation will be governed by the prevailing National Medical Commission, NEET UG and counselling regulations.
  • Date of birth must match the candidate's Class 10 certificate and other official records.

Fees

  • Candidates may have to pay a counselling registration fee, security deposit and other charges specified in the 2026 counselling notice.

  • College tuition and admission fees are separate from the online counselling charges.

Selection Process

  1. NEET UG merit: Eligible candidates are considered on the basis of their NEET UG 2026 score, rank and qualifying status.
  2. Choice-based allotment: Seats are allotted using the candidate's locked preferences, category, domicile eligibility, reservation rules and availability in the Round 2 seat matrix.
  3. Document verification and admission: Allotted candidates must download the allotment letter, report to the designated institution within the deadline, complete document verification and pay the required admission fee.

A provisional allotment does not by itself guarantee admission. The seat can be cancelled if the candidate fails to report on time, submits incorrect information or cannot produce valid original documents.
