The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued the RPSC APO Exam City 2026 intimation for candidates appearing in the Assistant Prosecution Officer recruitment examination. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 181 Assistant Prosecution Officer posts in Rajasthan. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates were required to meet the following academic and language conditions:

  • Possess a degree in law from a university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the competent authority.
  • Have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script.
  • Have knowledge of Rajasthan's culture and social traditions.
  • Hold the required qualification by the eligibility cut-off date prescribed in the detailed recruitment notification.

Age Limit

  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Maximum age: 40 years, subject to the cut-off date specified by RPSC.
  • Upper-age relaxation is applicable to eligible Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section, women, persons with disabilities and other categories under Rajasthan government rules.
  • Candidates must provide valid documents when claiming any age relaxation.

Fees

  • General category and candidates from outside Rajasthan: Rs 600.
  • Rajasthan OBC, MBC, EWS, SC and ST candidates: Rs 400.
  • Persons with benchmark disabilities: Rs 400.
  • Any correction or additional service charge is payable as prescribed through the online portal.
