Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • For the Hindi Lecturer post, candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Hindi or the relevant subject from a recognised university.
  • A recognised Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent education qualification is generally required under the applicable service rules.
  • Candidates applying for Coach posts must hold the relevant degree, diploma or recognised coaching qualification specified for the concerned discipline.
  • Applicants must also have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture, where prescribed.
  • All qualifications must have been acquired by the cut-off date mentioned in the original recruitment notification.

Age Limit

  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Maximum age: 40 years, calculated on the prescribed cut-off date.
  • Upper-age relaxation is applicable to SC, ST, OBC, MBC, EWS, women, persons with benchmark disabilities and other eligible categories under Rajasthan government rules.
  • Candidates must produce valid certificates to claim any age relaxation during verification.

Fees

  • General and other unreserved categories: ₹600.
  • SC, ST, OBC-NCL, MBC-NCL, EWS and persons with disabilities: ₹400.
  • Correction charge, where applicable: ₹500.
  • Candidates should refer to their original application and recruitment notice for fee concessions and One-Time Registration provisions.

Selection Process

  1. Written Competitive Examination: Candidates are assessed through the RPSC School Lecturer and Coach examination, including the relevant subject paper.
  2. Eligibility Scrutiny and Document Verification: Candidates placed in the provisional eligibility list must submit the detailed application form and supporting certificates. RPSC will verify age, education, category and other eligibility conditions.
  3. Final Result and Appointment: The final merit list will be prepared after document scrutiny. Appointment remains subject to verification by the competent department and satisfaction of all recruitment conditions.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the RPSC website at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in and open the “Results” or “News and Events” section.
  2. Find the link for the School Lecturer and Coach Competitive Examination 2025 – Hindi Provisional Eligibility List.
  3. Download the eligibility-list PDF and search for your roll number using the PDF search option.
  4. Open the separate disqualified-candidates document if your roll number is not in the provisional list. Review the reason or remark recorded against the candidature.
  5. Download the detailed application form (DAF) and instructions made available for shortlisted candidates.
  6. Complete all entries exactly as recorded in the original online application. Avoid discrepancies in name, date of birth, category, subject and qualification details.
  7. Attach self-attested copies of the required documents, including educational certificates, mark sheets, identity proof, category certificate, domicile documents and age proof.
  8. Submit the completed form through the mode and within the deadline specified by RPSC. Retain a copy of the form, supporting documents and submission proof.
  9. Carry original certificates, recent photographs and valid photo identification when called for physical document verification.
