Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Candidates possessing an integrated dual degree must ensure that the date of passing meets the eligibility cut-off specified by SBI.
- Final-year or final-semester students may apply only if permitted under the detailed notification and must produce proof of passing by the prescribed date.
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak and understand the specified local language of the state or Union Territory for which they apply.

Age Limit

Selection Process
- Preliminary Examination: The first stage is expected to include objective questions from English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. Candidates must qualify for shortlisting to the main examination.
- Main Examination: Shortlisted applicants will take the main examination covering General or Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude. Final merit is generally based on main-examination marks.
- Local Language Test and Document Verification: Candidates who did not study the selected local language in Class 10 or Class 12 may have to clear a language proficiency test. Appointment is subject to document verification and satisfaction of all eligibility requirements.
